We just had a kitchen floor installed by Ronaldo and his team. I can’t express my appreciation for such a job well done. The flooring was purchased at Great Lakes and we were fortunate to have had Black Gold Flooring do the installation. Ronaldo was extremely professional. I can’t comment on value because I made my purchase at Great Lakes. I will definitely be hiring them for future projects.
My first contact with the company was when my parents had them do their floors. They did a beautiful job. So when we wanted to have our floors done we used them .The company did an excellent job. Ronaldo spent a lot of time with us talking about our options. The owner and his crew were wonderful to work with. I would refer them to another of my friends or family. They were a pleasure to work with.
Ronaldo and his crew were respectful, courteous and always kept us informed throughout the process.. They were very knowledgeable about the products we wanted and the install was perfect. When completed the floors were beautiful and exactly what we expected, all while we were 1200 miles away. Would highly recommend them.
Also remodeled and tiled master bathroom. They are so great to work with and do meticulous work. The bathroom now looks like a spa. From start to finish Ronaldo and his team are a pleasure to work with ! Highly recommend them ð ð . They installed LVP throughout the house and it is amazing !

Dennis2023-10-26We had the pleasure of having the company of Black Gold Flooring install our Cortec Pro in our beautiful home in the Villages were had two Installer Genilson and Marcelo for three days and they removed the old floor and installed our new floor.They arrived on time every day they were clean and very thorough and professional and respected our home like it was their own.We were expecting a very dusty and dirty job but they left our house very clean.I would refer the Black Gold Flooring to anybody that needs any work done and their prices are reasonable and a good warranty on their work.

The did the backsplash in our kitchen, and it looks beautiful. It's everything and more of what I was wanting. They were so kind and considerate. They helped us with a few things they really didn't have to do. Ronaldo was referred to us by his friend, Jordan, with ESP Installation who did our beautiful cabinets.
